PHILOSOPHY
Western Pacific Winery crafts wines from grapes grown in the finest vineyards and growing appellations throughout California. We strive to produce lively varietals that pair well with a wide range of cuisines and are suitable for immediate consumption or additional cellar aging. From our approachable California Meritage to our finest Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, all wines are vinted and bottled in Northern California. We distribute to wine enthusiasts all over the U.S. as well as to our international fans. We have recently launched a pair of sprits–Western Pacific Stampede Whiskey and Honey Whiskey. Our approach is to produce the ultimate in a smooth, slightly smoky bourbon whiskey that will delight our customers. We hope you share our passion for great wines and great company!

Whiskey and Honey Whiskey!
Early settlers of the American West were rugged people with a thirst for whiskey. Often enjoyed straight up, their whiskey was smooth, with a bold, Honey-kissed flavor that matched their taste for adventure and quest for fortune. Our closely guarded combination of aging in American Oak barrels and Spanish Cherry casks has resulted in a smooth California-style whiskey straight out of the Old West. We offer this in two styles–our Whiskey and Honey Whiskey. We hope you enjoy!

US
In 2008, friends John, Al and Janos combined their passion for wine and winemaking to establish Western Pacific Winery. John offers his marketing, Import and Export knowledge. Al lends his hands-on winemaking and packaging experience. Janos brings 30+ years of winemaking and production and has extensive industry knowledge. The company produced their first 500 cases and soon expanded to international clientele, tapping into the high demand for wines in China and Vietnam. Western Pacific’s exclusive "King Bona" label does very well in China and is sought after in many other Asian countries. The newest addition to the Western Pacific are distilled products–Western Pacific American Bourbon Whiskey.
